Join us tonight (Tues May 25) online for a FREE Family Yoga Session with instructor Katharyn Feher from 6:30 to 7:30.
This is the first of 4 sessions in our Wellness Week, funded by the Parent Reaching Out Grant from the Ministry of Education.

This will be a practice of mindfulness, stretching and movement, and we will have some fun moving together. It is light-hearted and low pressure! No experience necessary!
What you will need:
Ultimately you only need yourself and some room to move, but the following might also be helpful…
A yoga or exercise mat if you have one. If not, simply being on carpet or have a towel / blanket to lay on or put under the knees in some poses as padding will be helpful.
Have some room to move: it’s helpful to have some clear space surrounding your mat area so you can lift arms to the side, up overhead without bumping into furniture or light fixtures, etc.
Water to drink, if you’d like
If you’d like to have music playing you can look up yoga playlists on Youtube or streaming services
Yoga is a movement practice and any exercise is not without the risk of injury. To that end, please make sure the area you’re in is clear of hazards and as with any exercise program, if at any point during the practice you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a medical professional as needed.
